We make all of our chocolates straight from the cocoa bean.
We make intensely flavorful chocolate that we absolutely love to eat.
All of our cocoa beans are fairly traded from farms and co-operatives that promote long-term sustainable growth. All of our cocoa beans are heirloom varieties that are either certified organic or are certified by the Rainforest Alliance… the incredible quality of our beans is a direct result of the passionate growers with whom we work.
All of our chocolates are roasted in micro batches, ground, conched, tempered on a marble slab, molded, and packaged by hand right here in Vermont.
